New Century Films performs at Taste of Taiwan in Ottawa
At the invitation of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Canada
On October 29, 2026, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Canada, in partnership with the Rideau Club, hosted Taste of Taiwan in Ottawa, an evening celebrating Taiwanese cuisine, culture and friendship, with the launch of the new book Discover Taipei.
The office invited our parent charity, Aurora Films and Performing Arts, to perform. The New Century Films team travelled from Toronto for the evening and presented a fan dance. Representative Dr. Harry Ho-jen Tseng spoke at the event and posed for photos with the team, and our dancers also talked and took photos with the guests.
Letter of ThanksOn November 3, Dr. Harry Ho-jen Tseng, Representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Canada, wrote to our parent charity, Aurora Films and Performing Arts, thanking the team for travelling from Toronto to Ottawa to perform at the event. The elegant fan dance, he wrote, was a wonderful addition to the evening, well received by the guests, and highlighted the beauty of cultural expression.
